Basics: Manual exposure, fixed focus swing-lens panoramic camera. The 28mm lens moves in an arc while the picture is being taken, taking in a full 120degrees over a 24x56mm strip of film, roughly a standard film frame and a half.
Quirks: The tricks available to a swing lens camera are all there, compressing or stretching moving subjects and altering the perspective of space with close subjects. The Horizon 202 doesn’t focus close no matter how stopped down, so it has limits that don’t always look great when pushed. It’s a party favorite.
